We offer customized scheduled maintenance programs to fit your needs. Regular maintenance of your Ice Maker reduces equipment malfunctions and optimizes ice production. We also offer Bi-Annual, Quarterly or Custom schedules for cleanings per year if necessary. This program includes the following:
Test Sequence of Operations
Cleaning & Sanitize the evaporator with approved cleaner / sanitizer
Check bearings and mechanical seal for leaks and clean auger and extruding head (flakers only)
Clean & Sanitize water flow guides
Clean & Sanitize water distribution tubes
Clean water hose assembly / replace if needed as an extra charge
Clean check valve assembly
Clean & Sanitize ice dispensing chute
Clean & Sanitize water trough
Flush machine
Replace and activate water filter
Remove bin deflector, clean & sanitize
Restart machine, dispose of first batch of ice
